We're a faith-centered consulting & training business.

And we help Christian not-for-profits with AI.

We believe that God intends for us to use technology, including Artificial Intelligence, for our benefit and His glory.

Unlike other technologies, AI can convincingly behave like a human—but that doesn’t mean it is one.

We help keep AI in its proper place so that who God says we are is supported, not supplanted.

What does Manary.haus do?

Implementing AI isn't a simple, one-size-fits-all affair.

So, it depends on what your org needs.

We do the following:

run workshops and events
provide training for individuals and teams
consult on AI strategy and vision
implement AI automations
support and lead change management

With AI, we’ve learned that implementation is only half the battle. Discerning what to build, followed by wise stewardship is crucial for true success—especially for not-for-profits where the consequences really matter.

Who is Manary.haus?

We're Daniel & Arianne.

We’re a husband and wife team committed to following God where He leads.

Recently, we’ve spent half a year in Japan with our four daughters, but we’re usually based near Toronto, Canada.

Daniel has worked with AI “since before it was cool” as a data scientist and engineer at numerous startups—two of which were acquired. He’s worked on AI for industries from self-driving cars, to manufacturing, to cricket farming 🦗, and dreams of one day being a science fiction author to put his degree in Mathematical Physics to good use.

Arianne has done survey research and user experience design from customer interviews to front-end development. She handles our marketing, produces our podcast, and organizes everything from top to bottom—when she’s not homeschooling our four daughters, that is.

Why AI?

Generative AI, like ChatGPT, promises us “infinite efficiency”.

We can now do almost everything and almost anything with almost no effort.

The most important question becomes not “What can we get done?” but “What should we get done?”

Should we replace our helpdesk staff with AI? Why not?
Should we delegate our donor communication to AI? Why not?
Should we let AI decide what the right course of action is? Why not?
